At present, Teachers always meet some of the students, their knowledge,skills, development is not good, in the actual teaching.These resulted in the emergence of the underachievers and long-term existence, in the school education。With the propulsion education informationization, seeping through the education teaching reform, information technology, more and more profound influence on people’s life style and learning style。Poor student how to make use of their spare time, the use of network platform, for mobile learning, thus promote the underachiever autonomous learning and improve the learning effect is particularly important.Wechat is a new popular social media,Micro course with its the character with good flexibility, short under the background of the development of the digital age.It’s a good try to apply wechat and Micro course in Informational technology.I will make of the information technology course, and through the Wechat,it will be used in the teaching of the information technology of the underachiever, although not face-to-face help students solve difficult problems, but through the video teaching to achieve knowledge and consolidate the role of the same.The subjects of this study was the underachievers of class five, grade a Shanghai middle schools,The time is a period of one semester.This paper studies these things:I will collect and study related to underachievers, wechat, micro courses relevant academic literature, I will design a questionnaire and interview schedule.According to the result of questionnaire, interview table analysis of poor student form factor, the use of wechat.In the process of the implementation of the experiment, according to the actual usage, improve the design. After the end of the experiment data statistics and analysis, the result is: based on the micro letter platform design of micro course of high school information technology to poor student learning effect have a certain role in promoting, but due to the influence of such factors as learning adaptability, the effect is not very significant, long-term experiment further testing are needed in the future.
