Mental health is the one of the key factors of student academic successand future personal development. With the rapid development of society, people’slife rhythm is speeding up. The change of lifestyle and fierce competition makeinterpersonal relationships become more complex. Traditional idea is hit. Theseincrease people’s psychological pressure. People’s psychological health has becomeincreasingly valued a social problem. Psychological health of college students, as aspecial group, is inevitably affected.Entering college from their high school, many students due not to adapt to thenew environment. These produced a variety of psychological problems. These specialpsychological problems will undoubtedly affect the lives of college students, forlearning and physical and mental health. In recent years, college students’psychological problems increasingly become more and more. These caused theattention of the ideological and political education workers.According to reports, about20%Chinese college students have different degreesof psychological problems. Psychological and psychiatric disorders have become oneof the important reasons of university students’ drop out of school every year. Thepsychological health education of university freshmen should become an importantpart of university freshmen education. At present, although many scholars want toexplore effective ways in college students’ psychological health education. Manycolleges and universities also make positive action. There are many problemsto study in depth. I engaged in the work of Ideological and politicaleducation, importance of the psychological health education of college students. Weshould strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness attraction and appeal ofthe psychological health education of college students. To provide sometheoretical and practical reference counterparts and to promote college students’Ideological and political quality, scientific and cultural quality and physical andmental health the quality of the coordinated development, they become areal socialist qualified builders and reliable successors.This paper is divided into six chapters altogether: Chapter one introduce mainlyexpounds the research background and research significance of this article; The second chapter mainly expounds the connotation and significance of the collegestudents’ mental health education; The third chapter put forward based on theinternational experience of this article; The fourth chapter analyze the presentsituation of our college students’ mental health education. The fifth chapter accords tothe main performance of the college students’ psychological problems and putforward to triple intervention organizations. Four channels of information feedback,five feasibility interventions, six platforms can build the integration of collegestudents mental health education mode for promoting freshmen body and mindhealthy development. Finally we draw the conclusion: the ideological and politicalworkers in colleges and universities must take advantages of this critical period. Theyshould improve the intervention organizations at all levels and keep clear of variousinformation feedback channel. Reasonable using the feasibility of interventionmeasures and integrate various education strategy they should give full play to theadvantages of various. Using its comprehensive effects of education cultivatestudents’ healthy psychological are quality service.
