By the end of June, 2008, the number of Chinese netizens arose to 253 million, greatly exceeded the United States to become the worlds first for the first time. In 1994, China began to access the international Internet, and then the Internet has a rapid development in more than 20 years. Virtual network society gradually forming, and became an integral part of most Chinese people's social life. Meanwhile, all kinds of unique phenomenon of Webciety began to emerge and produce inestimable influence; we need to research and discussion these phenomena promptly.General Secretary Hu in the 17th party congress report said:"Poor material is not socialism; spiritual emptiness is not socialism either ". As the network life become richer, a kind of phenomenon called Group boring began to appear in the Network world. As a special form of spiritual emptiness under the background of Webciety, group boring have a negative influence on both netizen's physical and mental health and realistic social economy, politics and culture. Meanwhile, related research work for this new phenomenon does not exist. Therefore, it is very necessary for us to give full attention and research on it. This is the theory and practical meaning of my study. By analyzing the event of"JiaJunPeng",I Put forward the concept of network group boring and analyses the characteristics and types of it. Then I explore the causes of network group boring, summarize its social influence and forward own views on how to deal with it. This paper focuses on the definition and reason of network group boring and the analysis of its social influence. The innovation is research a new phenomenon emerging in the virtual space for the first time, put forward the definition and preliminary analysis of its cause and effect.
