Therefore, we must explore ways to solve the narrow concept of the higher vocational college students, both of higher vocational colleges to resolve the severe employment problems, further deepening the development of higher vocational education, but also on the social cultural and spiritual civilization has a positive meaning.At present, our country's research on the employment concept of higher vocational college students is still in the early stages. Overall, the research need to further strengthen. I read a lot of literature and its in-depth analysis, based on the education, sociology, psychology of the basic theory, and make use of literature, the case study method (observation), the reference method. First, researched students from higher vocational colleges exist in a variety of narrow concept of employment, Second, by the perspective of sociology analyze the social reason about narrow concept of employment of higher vocational college students. The last, I proposed effective countermeasures that how to solve a narrow concept of employment based on current trends of social. It will help higher vocational college students establish a new concept of employment that meet the social needs and progress of the times. In order to achieve higher vocational college students'successful employment, and further enhance the attractiveness of higher vocational colleges.
