The new high school history curriculum reform background under new history textbooks, presents many new changes. Among them, the new high school history compulsory 2 presents to the students is the history of human social economy development, including China and in the history of the world economic development and social life, the change of ancient, modern times and modern involving the different historical period. The economic history is an important aspect in human history, students through learning can understand the history of the development of social economy, and with some regularity in different age people in economic activity showed ingenuity and innovation spirit. Economic is political and cultural development foundation, closely relationship between them. Learning economical history, which contact with related political and cultural concept. How to combine their mutual and to improve the teaching, it is need economic history teachers think deeply about the problem. Economic history teaching, is a difficulty, students often do not also learn the economic interest. How to overcome the difficulty in the teaching, and guide students to learn economic history, this is also the history teacher faces challenges. Therefore, to discuss the new high school history compulsory 2 is a new teaching counter measures to the needs of the development of history, but also the need of teaching practice.Based on the people's education press the history textbook written as an example, by analyzing the content of the textbook, their features are summarized, discusses the efficient use of textbooks instructional strategies.
