As a global social problem ,sexual harassment is always s focus which attracts much attentions in the circle of law. Many countries regulate this problem by legislation in order.to protect its victims. But in china ,it comes into our sight only recently for some historic reasons. When the sexual harassment becomes a legal concept in china in the women protecting law in august,2005,we can see the good future for this problem.At the same time,we also realize that only a simple provision cannot provide effective protection for the victims.The first part: the writer introduces the theory of the sexual harassment, which contains its theoretic basis, implication, characteristics and so on.By finding out the theoretic essence of the sexual harassment ,we can make proper legislation for it.The second part: the writer introduces the seriousness of the sexual harassment problem in the world and its current situation in china.The third part: in this part, you can see the legislations of the sexual problem by the UN, the international organizations and many other countries and regions such as the USA,the EU,England,Austrania,Hongkong and Taiwan in china and so on. These experiences are helpful for our sexual harassment legislation.Then the author gives several suggestions for the framework of our sexual harassment legislation.Sexual harassment is a sexual discrimination of essence on the basis of authority assignment , In order to give a overall protection for the victims and eliminate this discrimination, we have much work to do by all legislative ways :firstly,immuning for sexual harassment must become a human right in our consuitution.Secondly .specific provisions must be written into the laws which are related to this problem such as administrative law ,labor law,educational low and so on.Because of the different cognizance of the sexual harassment between the man and the women and the women is always easilier to be the victims of the sexual harassment than the man,we should realize this discrepancy between them besides the overall protection provided.So regulating the sexual harassment by "Women Protecting Law"is proper .On the objects of the protection, women must comes first.The fourth part: the writer give he legislative advice for the sexual problem and its...
