The contemporary tourist industry has become the largest and most prosperous industry in the world. The rapid growth in tourist industry has enabled many countries and regions to take it as a key industry for their economic development, support and promote it. The Word lour Organization predicts that by 2020 China will become the first big country of the tourist target and the fourth big country of the tourist export. China is faced with the right time to develop her tour industry.Accompany with the rapidly development of network technology, we have broken through the time and field limit to manage and transmit information. Informationalization, networklization, globalization of the economy and e-commerce developed on the bases of former ones have become an unchangeable trend in the world. E-commerce is to do commercial activities taking advantage of the advanced information network and computer technology. As a new commercial model in the 21~st century, it has unlimited and broad prospects. Development of IT remarkably changes the whole world, as well as the coming existence ways of enterprises. Tourism industry deeply ties to information and IT, and information network technologies are obliviously important to this industry.In this paper, I make a analysis about introducing e-commerce to our tour industry based on the character of tourism and e-commerce, it including the analysis to the actuality of our tourism, and the status of e-commerce is carried on in our tourism, and what trouble we are facing with. In the end, Iwork out the countermeasure about developing e-commerce in our tour industry based on the trait of our tourism.
