In On The Conflict Of International NGO

CRNGOs are very important player in resolving international conflicts after cold war. CRNGOs possess different characters from other NGOs, eg. Human Rights NGOs, Development NGOs etc.. In many international conflicts and intra-national conflicts , they become theimportant partners of governments and international organizations, e.g. the United Nations.Moreover, they begin to greatly promote the development of global governance.In the preface, the reason why the CRNGOs becomes the topic of this paper is briefly introduced.The paper is composed of three parts: preface, text and conclusions.The text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter mainly explores the information of the concept of CRNGOs and analyses the characters and styles, and at last explains the causes and backgrounds of CRNGOs' appearance after cold war.The second analyses the measures and functions of CRNGOs in dealing with conflicts, and explores the cooperation between CRNGOs and international organizations, eg. the UN.The third mainly analyse the advantages and limitations of CRNGOs comparing with governments and international organizations. Adavantages and limitations exist in the two sides of one coin.In the conclusions, the paper briefly evaluates the theoretic and practical significances of CRNGOs and their contributions to global governance.
