It is the guideline of the CPC to solve national problems in China and draw up national policy.Under the guidance of the CPC's ethnic theory, the Hui people were finally liberated after long time struggle and set up Ning Xia Hui autonomous government, realizing the equality in politics and development in economy and culture.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Commit lee, the CPC' s ethnic theory has made significant achievement in the practice of Ning Xia Hui people: the right of the Hui people to administer their own affair are garneted; with the fast development in economic construction and other fields, all the nationality are working together for common prosperity; a daily-strengthened new socialist national relationship between different national minority is more stable.The liberation and development of the Hui people in Ning Xia made us realize: Marxism is capable of solving China's national problem. National problem is closely connected with modern socialist construction. Autonomy is the key point of the law on Regional Autonomy for Minority Nationalities. It is sorely important autonomy and development of the minority are as to turn out national personnel. We should take a new point of view to solve national problem in the new century.We believe, as a result of the leadership of the CPC and the unity of the people of various nationality in Ning Xia Hui Autonomous Region, a miracle of modern socialist construction is sure to appear. By that time, the Hui people in Ning Xia would walk with all the nationality toward a new life of more democratic polities, more developed economy and more civilized society, achieving the set goal of common prosperity enjoyed by the people of various nationality in China.
