We human being are in the varying ear, in which the industry society is converting into information society, and this will contribute to severe change. In fields of people's living way exchanging pattern, the operation of organization, the managerial method, the national managing regulations, political mechanism, the market operation, the structure of organization, and so on.The flow of revolution is surging, and business will be lashed firstly. The lash is shaking the framework of evaluation on performance and remuneration system. Many scholars have already been on the top of the field, trying to bring more forth new ideas, and having gotten substantial results. But, as a system and frame, valuation of operators' performance and remuneration has its own characteristics, such as completion, integration and structure. There are few documents on the evaluation of operator's performance and remuneration system so far, for this reason, I decided to study this subject and wrote it for a long time. What I wish is that widening and enriching the field of evaluation of operators' performance and remuneration system in our country.The evaluation of the operators' performance and remuneration system is the most important part of the encouragement system essentially. This thesis starts with the theory of agency, and on the basis of determining principle of best remuneration contracts. The authors try to build a complete theory framework of evaluation of the operators' performance and remuneration system from stationary and dynamic situation. In this thesis each different layer of the evaluation on operators' performance and remuneration system is analyzed and stated in the stationary situation, on the other hand, given the time and space, one business in different stages of its growth and different types of businesses at one time are selected as target in dynamic situation, discussing the selection of the evaluation of operators' performance and remuneration system. At last, the author puts forward his own suggestions on designing our national evaluation of operators' performance and remuneration system nowadays, and wish to benefit for building the theory anddesigning of practices of evaluation on operators' performance.In the first part of the thesis, at the beginning , I introduce the agency theory, then, I associated the theory with the theme of the article, demonstrating the relationship between agency theory and evaluation of the operators' performance, at last, I pointed out that agency theory has already challenged the traditional system of the evaluation of the operators' performance.In the second part of the article, I constructed a good framework of the evaluation on the operators' performance from two aspects: stationary and dynamic.The last part of this article will give us some suggestions, I point out some problem in the area of evaluation of the operators' performance by hard work, furthermore, I present some notion and concept about how to solve the problems, I wish my research could more or less help the scholars who major in the area of evaluation of the operators' performance research.
