Study Of Rural Enterprise Workers And Social Old-age Security Problem

During the development of non-rural economy in Chinese rural areas, there appear a lot of employees in village companies, whose risks of old age are large thantordinary peasants. They lack of suitable economic security ways while the function of existed endowment security significantly weakens. So it is quite necessary to draw out the system of social pension security, and that how to set up the social pension insurance institution of village company employee that suits to the development of rural economy is a very important thing.Focusing on the social pension security of employees in village companies, this paper first discusses the necessity of building the social pension insurance institution of village company employee. Then it analyzes the gradually advancing character of town and village companies' building the unifying employee social pension insurance. Based on the above analysis, the paper raises the initial program of pension insurance of town and village company employee from the reality of village companies and the reality of their employee. The last part of this paper emphasizes the function of continually giving play to other ways of pension security.
