In this article we select two meanings of the concept of "practice" in Kant's philosophy.One of them is "practice" in its normal sense.The other is in the sense of philosophy.The formal is a kind of action,the fulfillment of whose ends are considered the consequence of some progresses of universal planning.The latter is "moral practice" with the will determined by the practical reason through moral law, that is,pure prior legislation form.Then,it is showed that the essence of practice of Kant's philosophy is demonstrated through morality.According to these two meanings of "practice",two senses of "instrumental reason" is defined.It is evident in the critique of "instrumental reason" that teleology in the moral sense is necessary for us.
