Rankl In Rheumatoid Arthritis And Osteoarthritis Synovial Fluid And The Concentration Variation

Purpose:To detect the concentration changes of receptor activator of NFκB ligand( (RANKL) in patients of the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and bone osteoarthritis (OA) through the slippery liquid level,then Analyzed reasons for the different concentration in the two groupes of patiens,Thus to explore the effect of the RANKL to the bone destruction of rheumatoid arthritis.Material and method:Collect synovial fluid of the knee Joint chambers from the patients of OA and RA before the treatment by sterile puncture,then collected supernatant after Centrifugal,and detected the antigen of RANKL in synovial fluid though the method of ELISA. After that absorbance was measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent analyzer,The concentration were calculated According to the standard curve.in the end the data was analyzed Using Statistical software.Results : The RANKL concentration in Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis patients was significant different(P<0.05). RANKL had no linear correlation with the acute phase protein(P>0.05), however had significant Linear correlation with X-ray staging(P<0.05). It pointed that Rankl was not obvious effects on inflammation.But it has close relations with bone destruction of RA.Conclusion:RANKL that was regulated by many cell factors play an important role in bone destruction. It is able to promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoclast,Mediated bony destruction.Therefore developing the drugs blocking the expression of rankl is a new approach to the treatment of RA and other diseases of the bone destruction.
