Zhuyu Pain Soup Dysmenorrhea Caused By The Treatment Of Endometriosis Clinical Research

Purpose: To observe clinical effects of Zhuyuzhitong Tang on dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis.Method: We chose thirty patients from the hospital of Changchun Traditional Medicine University from March 2009 to March 2010.The patients used Zhuyuzhitong Tang from the 5 days before menstruation,persist for 7days,twice a day,used the formula like this for three months was a course of treatment.During these days,the patients can't use any medication to stop the pain.I recorded the score once before the treatment ,once after the first time of treatment, once after the second time of treatment, once after the third time of treatment,to observe clinical effects.Result: 30 patients ,2of them got over, 16marked effect ,9 effective,3 had no effect; the total effective rate was 90.00%. The effective rate of pain before and after the mendtruation was 90.00%. The effective rate of syncopal during the menstruation was 90.90%. The rate of pale-faced was 96.42%. The rate of came out in a cold sweat was 91.66%. The rate of backache was 92.30%. The rate of nausea was 92.30%. The rate of anus unwell was 94.73%.So Zhuyuzhitong Tang could impove the clinical symptoms effily.Conclusion: From what has been discussed we can draw the conclusion that Zhuyuzhitong Tang could impove the clinical symptoms effily.
