Diabetes Ann Tang Clinical Study Of Treatment Of Diabetes To Reduce Insulin Dosage

Purpose: Observe the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine"xiaokeantang"to the diabetes mellitus patients who have the symptom of"yin xu zao re jian qi xu xue yu",and the results of decreasing the blood sugar,slowing down the dosage of insulin,evaluate the validity and security.Method: The study adopts to the method of comparison with oneself between the before and post treatments,using basic treatment and the insulin,while taking orally the traditional Chinese medicine"xiaokeantang". The period of treatment is four weeks ,observing 2 periods.Result: According to analyzing the statistics of the curative effect , security and side-effect, the results illustrate that the traditional Chinese medicine"xiaokeantang"can relieve the clinical symptom ,decrease the blood sugar,slow down the dosage of the insulin,and have no side effect. The total efficient rate is 76.6%,and the statistics difference is valid(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is concluded that the traditional Chinese medicine"xiaokeantang"can relieve the clinical symptom ,decrease the blood sugar,slow down the dosage of the insulin,and have no side effect. It should be paid more attention to the traditional Chinese medicine of treating the diabetes mellitus by reducing the dosage of insulin.
