Purpose: This study wants through feeding mice by knocking out its high-fat diet with ApoE, which leads to the expressing influence of atherosclerosis (AS) and radish seed alkaloids on blood lipids and atherosclerosis in thoracic aorta protein NF-кB to discuss the essence of atherosclerosis'insidious phlegm etiology.Method: Dividing the ApoE-/-mouse into 5 groups with the stochastic tables law, each group of 15 and 5 per cage. High-fat diet feeding groups include high, medium and low dose groups of Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids, Xuezhikang group (positive control group), and model group. Standard diet groups include 15 C57BL/6J mice as a blank control group. Through biochemistry examination, compared with the changes of each group of mice blood serum in total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and thoracic aorta protein NF-кB.Result:1. Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids can inhibit the fights and bite attacks among ApoE-/- mice (high fat diet), improve their body weights and the luster of their hairs and adjust and improve the atherosclerosis.2. Radish seeds water-soluble alkaloids can reduce the content of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of ApoE-/ - mice (high fat diet), increase the content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Its role in regulating blood lipids increases along with the increase of dose, showing dose-dependant manner.3. Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids can inhibit the protein expression of the mouse's thoracic aorta NF-кB, and as the dose increased, the role of inhibition enhanced. There is no significant difference between high-dose group and Xuezhikang group of Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids. Conclusion: This study proved that ApoE-/- (lack of innate endowment) can induce the occurrence of insidious phlegm (atherosclerosis). Radish seed alkaloids on blood lipids and atherosclerosis in thoracic aorta protein NF-кB,discuss the essence of atherosclerosis'insidious phlegm etiology. |
