Diabetes is a public health epidemic disease. The prevention, diagnosis and treatment of Diabetes require blood glucose measurement. Traditional measurements create pain and inconvenient for diabetic. As a result, Non-invasive blood glucose monitoring technology has become a hot research topic in the international arena.Based on the advantage of non-invasive of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance),This paper has studied NMR technology for quantitative analysis of glucose testing, coming up with a potential method for noninvasive blood glucose measurement. This paper has mainly studied the design of NMR spectrometer device for blood glucose quantification, including the magnet system, transmitter, console, switching circuit and NMR probe. The permanent magnet system provides a static magnetic field at 0.39 Tesla, spacing for human fingertip; Console is based on micro control chip AT89S52, LCD and button matrix composition platform to set the frequency of the transmitted signals; Transmitter is made up of frequency synthesizer, pulse sequence generator, mixer and amplifier. Frequency synthesizer using programmable DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer) device AD9851 to output frequency adjustable rf signal within 30Mhz. As the pulse generator, 74LS221 output square wave of adjustable pulse width and with trigger input; mixing circuit is achieved by transistor 2SC945; the power amplifier is based on OTL (Output Transform Less) circuit, output power 2 watt; The probe is made up of a solenoid coil on the bracket and two variable capacitors; The switching circuit complete the transaction of transmit state and receive state.
