| Purpose:To investigate GXZYT combind with CY for hepatocellular carcinoma Hca-f mouse tumor immunologic function and stromal angiogenesis.Material and method :50 Kunming mice inoculated hepatocellular carcinoma Hca-f cells,the production of animal models were randomly divided into the normal group,control group,GXZYT group,CY group and GXZYT+CY group, continuous treatment of factors imposed on the 8th,the mice were killed the next day. Observation of the results of weight comparison;spleen exponent comparison;thymus gland exponent comparison; the light microscope to observe the number of malignant tumour blood vessels;electron microscope mesenchymal tumor angiogenesis situation;Immunohi- stochemical detection of VEGF expression and MVD.Results:1.Weight comparison in the five groups:the mice weight in control and CY group decrease, the former is obvious.The GXZYT and GXZYT+CY groups increase,the latter is evident which is close to the normal group.2.Compare control group ,spleen exponent and thymus gland exponent of CY group decrease.GXZYT group has not obvius difference,and GXZYT+CY group could enhance obviously the two immunity index which is also close to the normal group.3. Under light microscope,the control group tumor stromal capillaries in newborn than GXZYT ,CY and GXZYT+CY groups, On average,each high-power microscope field of vision (200 times) can be seen 6-11 months capillarias, GXZYT+CY group of vascular mesenchymal tumor number was significantly lower than control group ,the average high mirror vision (200 times) under the capillary can be seen 3-6 months.4. Under electron microscope,the control group of tumor tissue tumor capillary wall with new thin,endothelial cell pseudopods in contact space,and basement membrane of thin and loose. The GXZYT group ,CY group and GXZYT+CY group have vary degrees damages,in which GXZYT+CY group that new blood capillary can be seen within the tumor tissue thin capillary wall and the visible portion of the blood vessel to shrink the blood vessels or in part,the remaining debris is the most .5. Immunohistochemistry showed, VEGF po- sitive expression and MVD of GXZYT ,CY and GXZYT+CY groups was lower than the control group, GXZYT+CY group is the most obvious.6. MVD count results to the results of VEGF was positively correlated.Conclusion:1. GXZYT combind with CY could enhance the mice of the quality of life ;2. GXZYT combind with CY could enhance the mice of immunologic function;3. GXZYT combind with CY inhibit hepatocellular carcinoma Hca-f tumor angiogenesis in mice;4. GXZYT combind with CY may reduce liver cancer in mice Hca-f tumor VEGF protein expression;5. GXZYT combind with CY may reduce liver cancer in mice Hca-f tumor MVD;6. GXZYT combind with CY improve quality of life of liver cancer in mice,enhance non-specifically immunologic function ,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis by reducing the role of stromal tumor microvessel density and lower VEGF protein expression and the impleme- ntation;7. GXZYT combind with CY by inhibiting the Hca-f tumor an-giogenesis in mice liver function, reduce stromal tumor microvessel density and lower VEGF protein expression and inhibit tumor metastasis;... |
