| Objective:To observe the effect and security of YiShenHuangZhuo Ddcoction for diabetic nephropathy (DN)and provide precise reference basis for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine that treat DN effectively.Methods: 60 cases patients are divided into the control group (30 examples) and the treatment group(30 examples) in stochastical,parallel and comparison principle.Before two groups of patienis aceepting treatment,the age,the sex,the course,the main Chinese medieine symptom and so on quite even have no the significance differences,two groups have the commeasurability.Treatment group:we applied pure Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment to all the patients,which were using YiShenHuangZhuo Ddcoction as the basic prescription .The cases of control group were administered hydrochloride one pill one timesdaily oral. One month for a course of treatment, both groups were taken three courses of treatment.We inspected before and after treatment in patients with TCM points, urinary albumin excretion rate and glycated hemoglobin to improve the situation .Results: In the treatment group,the clinical total effective rate was 80.00%.In the control group, the total effective rate was 60.00%.The statistics shows that there was a significant difference between the two groups clinical in clinical remarkable effective rate and total effective rate(P <0.05). It indicated that the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion: YiShenHuangZhuo Ddcoction could significantly improve the symptoms and signs of DN patients, and could effectively reduce urinary protein , improve renal function.Moreover, YiShenHuangZhuo Ddcoction is pure traditional Chinese medicine preparations with no toxic and side effects and it has research value and development prospects. |
