Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Tcm Syndromes Study On The Characters

Objective:Because of the complex of the etiology and pathogenesis of NAFLD, the drug to prevent and treat NAFLD have not yet found to date, and even some induce liver injury when being used improperly. A large number of clinical data showed that the treatment ways of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) to NAFLD, both in improving clinical symptoms, and liver function, have a distinct advantage.However,in the field of TCM,there is no consensus on the knowledge of pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation varies and efficacy standard,so the study of syndrome differentiation is important to the clinical treatment of NAFLD in TCM.Methods:1. We adopt retrospective research and sort out the literature on NAFLD of recent30 years, to conclude its evidence-based distribution 2.Combination of mathematical statistics, etc.use statistical software to process and analyse clinical information, analyse and discuss the characteristics of TCM Hou.Results and Conclusions:1. Through Literature finds out of 5 syndromes: Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency, Dampness and Heat, phlegm and blood stasis, Phlegm and Dampness Resistance, and liver and kidney deficiency. And Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis, Phlegm and Dampness Resistance to be common Syndromes.2.Through factor analysis of clinical research, we draw 4 syndromes:Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency, Dampness and Heat, phlegm and blood stasis, Phlegm and Dampness Resistance. And Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency, Dampness and Heat to be common Syndromes.3.The syndrome distribution of NAFLD have relatation to age,sex, BMI, laboratory test results.and it can assist to diagnose and treat NAFLD.
