Modified Spin Cover Daizhe Soup Postoperative Quality Of Life Of Cancer Patients With Upper Digestive Tract Reconstruction

Objective:observe the influence of Modified Xuan Fu Dai zhe Tang treating the cancer patients'quality of life after upper digestive tract reconstruction。Methods:observe 30 cancer patients who are treated by Modified Xuan Fu Dai zhe Tang after the treatment of upper digestive tract reconstruction。Before and after the treatment, collect the medical record, test weight, b lood routine examination, liver and kidney function tests, and other items。Compare clinical symptoms and every test results pre-and post-the treatment in the base of QLQ-C30 scales and functional dyspepsia Syndrome Type and rating scale.Results:This study collected 36 cases,30 cases were effective。Including 21 males and 9 females; 20 cases of outpatients and 10 cases of inpatients. The range of Age is from 18 to 75 years, including 0 case of less than 30 years old,8 cases of 31-50 years old,16 cases of 51-70 years old, 6 cases of 71-75 years old, which mainly in the group of 51 to 70 years old(53.3%); there are 8 patients with chemotherapy while 22 cases with no chemotherapy during the study period; 13 patients Combined with other drugs while 17 cases without combined drugs。There are 25 Gastric cancer patients,4 esophageal cancer patients and 1 Ampullary carcinoma patient, who were all suffered the Surgery。The results show that the factors such as gender, age, duration of disease, Metastasis, with or without chemotherapy or other drugs have no effect to the quality of life。TCM Syndrome Types mainly include liver depression and spleen deficiency (43.3%), followed by the spleen with phlegm (20%) and diet Indigestion card (16.7%), liver qi stagnation (13.3%) and fever and chills mixed evidence (7%) less. Modified Xuan Fu Dai zhe Tang has no influention to the quality of life in patients who had have the Upper digestive tract reconstruction in overall health status/quality of life, function, symptoms and so on.Conclusion:Modified Xuan Fu Dai zhe Tang before and after treatment, the quality of life in patients with no significant improvement in overall health status/quality of life, function, symptoms and so on and so on radio.
