Jieduhuayu Through The Network Side The Treatment Of Poison Damage Network Stasis Postherpetic Neuralgia Efficacy Observation

1 ObjectiveObserve the clinical effects on treating pathogenic factors injury and collateral retained blood syndrome type of postherpetic neuralgia with JieDuHuaYuTongLuo traditional Chinese formula,discuss the effet mechanism of the TCM granules and explore the relative factors of pain intensity.2 MethodsDivide 50 cases into treat group and control group radomly, each group have 25 cases.The treat group provide patients with JieDuHuaYuTongLuo formula and the control group give patients cobamamide to inject muscle. The course of treatment is 4 weeks. Two weeks after therapy and four weeks after therapy, observe and record the clinical TCM syndrome values of patients and evaluate the pain intensity with visual analogue scales.Four weeks before therapy and after therapy, we evaluate the recover of work or do housework ability and subjective sleep quality.Decide the effect 4 weeks after therapy.Retrospectively analyse 50 cases about relationship between sex,age of herpes zoster acute attack,invasive parts and the pain intensity after postherpetic neuralgia and before therapyUse SPSS 13.0 statistical software to analyse the data and make conclusion.3 ResultsTreat group has 25 cases including 4 healing cases,14 apparent effective cases,7 effective cases,no failure case and the totally effective rate is 72.00%. Control group has 25 cases including 2 healing cases,9 apparent effective cases,11 effective cases,3 failure cases and the totally effective rate is 44.00%. The two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).About clinical syndrome improvement, the two groups both have statistical significance before therapy and after therapy (P<0.05).But,the degree of improvement of treat group is better than control group,two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05)After therapy, VAS values of two groups both decrease apparently (P<0.05), especially the treat group. Two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05)The treat group and control group both have values of work or housework ability increase,and the treat group have more improvement than the other. Two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05)After therapy, AIS values of two groups both decrease apparently(P<0.05), and the treat group is better than another obviously. Two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05)The pain intensity of patients have no apparent relation to sex, age of herpes zoster acute attack and invasive parts (P>0.05)4 ConclusionCompare effect with two groups on treating pathogenic factors injury and collateral retained blood syndrome type of postherpetic neuralgia, the totally effective rate and values after therapy of treat group are both better than the control group. The effect of JieDuHuaYuTongLuo traditional Chinese medicine formula on treating postherpetic neuralgia is definite. It also can alleviate the pain considerably and significantly,furthermore improve both the patients symptoms and quality of life.
