In recent years, as an emerging field of study about TMC (traditional Chinese medicine), the masked symptom of TMC attracts many scholars, among the results of clinical study on it firstly, we found that the masked symptom of hepatobiliary system accounts for a large proportion. There were some people suffering from a disease without any evident symptoms and physical signs though the etiological factor had already affected the human body and pathological changes appearance in hepatobiliary system. With the use of the modern medicine instrument, such as the examination of the blood, dejecture and secretion, the detection of abnormality abnormity became available. The constitution phenomenon is a kind of important manifestation of the life activity of mankind, is individual particularity of appearance structure, physiology function and mental appearance, etc in different community and individual in community. This particularity decides the easy sensitive faculty of the cause of disease and the tendency of its creation pathological changes type in a human body, at the same time, we found that A type behavior which is characterized by a high degree of time urgency, generalization of hostility against people and irritability is similar to "anger" that is one of the seven modes of emotions of TMC. The two factors both affects pathogenesis of body potentially, so as a result passing the analysis of the relativity between the the masked symptom of TMC and Chinese constitution types, can look for objective basis and new thinking for the Primary dyslipidemia in the masked symptom of TMC in individuation ways of Chinese medicine.The paper consists of three parts:Part one, the literature summarization. We have introduced the current research situation about the masked symptom of hepatobiliary system, Chinese medical constitution and A type behavior.Part two, the theory studies. In this part, from the beginning at the concept and main features of the masked symptom of the hepatobiliary system, we had analyzed the the interrelationship of the masked symptom of hepatobiliary system, Chinese medical constitution and A type behavior.Part three, the clinical studies among the masked symptom of hepatobiliary system, Chinese medical constitution and A type behavior.Methods:Firstly, based on the concept of the masked symptom of the hepatobiliary, this study selected the followed items to investigate this disease:liver function tests, hepatitis virus infection, B ultrasound and computer tomography,245 persons were diagnosis with the masked symptom of heart,220 were not. Then using the chi-square test to test the distribution of he masked symptom of hepatobiliary system in different gender and age, the P value is less than 0.05, which shows some distinct difference in statistics。At last adopted the case check method and Multiple Logistic regression analysis to deal with the masked symptom of hepatobiliary system and Chinese medical constitution and A type behavior.Results:We found the masked symptom of hepatobiliary system have universality and diversity by clinical Investigation, the different masked symptom of hepatobiliary system between gender and age are different. Phlegm-dampness constitution, Damp-hotness constitution and QI depression constitution are dangerous factors of the masked symptom of hepatobiliary system, among them, QI depression constitution; Normal constitution is the protection factor of the masked symptom of hepatobiliary system. There was close relation between A type behavior and the masked symptom of the hepatobiliary system, particularly with generalization of hostility against people and irritability, but less relation with time urgency.
