Objective It is to evaluate clinical therapeutical effects of lumbar spinal stenosis by posterior lamina resection decompression, vertebral body graft, and pedicle screw fixation surgery.Methods Clinical data are retrospective analyzed which is from 36 patients who have received posterior lamina resection decompression, vertebral body graft, and pedicle screw fixation surgery.Results according to JOA's evaluation standard on treatment of lower lumer pain, 26 of 36 patients'treatment effects is A (72.2%),7 of 36 patients'is B(19.4%),overall of A and B is 91.6%.The Oswestry disability index is from 43.61% to 22.67%.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat lumber spinal stenosis by using posterior lamina resection decompression, vertebral body graft and pedicle screw fixation...
