| Purpose:Of the study was to explore the incidence of deficiency of lung yin of the Pulmonary infection in the elderly, by comparing and contrasting with youthful and middle-aged patients with pulmonary infection, the observe the character of the course, the syndrome diagnostic criteria of Chinese Medicine,related factors.Methods:1. Case selection:Group composed of 102 patients> 65 years old were selected in Dongfang hospital wards from pneumology department from September 2008 to April 2009. Group composed of 60 patients<65 years old were selected in Yanqing hospital of Chinese medicine from August to December 2009. they all meet the diagnostic criteria,and they should comply with the enrolled standards.2. Research meheods:The sheet drawing up on the basis of relative standard. Epidemiological data, clinical features, tongue condition and pulse, the patients were divided into seven physique. the data should be dealt with SPSS 15.0 for statistics and analysis.Results:The deficiency of lung yin exists in the whole course of the Pulmonary infection in the elderly. especially in middle and late. the rate was grow with age. there was a high ratio in the chronic bronchitis, Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and diabetes. also in the patients treated by drugs of jiebiao and sugar cortical hormone. |
