| Objective:This thesis mainly discussed the clinical research of chronic prostatitis (CP) patients by method of soothing liver-qi stagnation of traditional Chinese medicine and therapeutic evaluation vfore and after cure to the patients by medicopsy chology ,observation was done on the influence such as effectivenesses and end points for hronic prostatitis (CP) patients,comparison to the blank control group.Method:sixty men seen in the clinic and been diagnosed CP were collected to partcipate in the study .Then they were divided into two groups by random .30 cases were treated by xiao yao wan,30 cases were treated by the blank control group .According to the standardization of Chinese traditional treatment and the principle of Traditional Chinese Drug Research or Clinical Guide and the NIH-CPSI about the CP what has decreed by State Chinese Medicine Administration Bureau and State Chinese Health Department,select the patients as target what are the modelⅢA andⅢB in modelⅢ.Treatment proup received xiao yao wan for a course two weeks,at the same time coordinating with assessment by medicopsy chology,assess it once behine cure, then contrast it from beginning to end.To proceed the next course after xiao yao wan withdrawal three days ,four courses in all. The blank control group eated the placebo,it is the same way that eated and assessed to the treatment group. During the treatment,the two group patients are not allowed to drinking,avoid long ride bike,regulating qi activity.Result: xiao yao wan group's (treatment group)clinical cure rate is 20%,excellence rate is 43.3%,effective rate is 26.7%,total effective rate is 90.0%, blank control group's(placebo group) cure rate is 0.0%,excellence rate is 16.7%,effective rate is 10.0%,total effective rate is 26.7% .After detecting,betwin the group were obviously variable(P<0.05);the ridit of the treatment group and blank control group were obviously variable(P<0.05).The exponential integral of prostate, the treatment group were lower the blank control group,have the remarkable diffence after statistics processing(P<0.05).Observated the treatment group's patients who assessed the HAMD table before and after treatment,the treatment group dropped from 28.02±6.91 to 7.73±8.7, before and after treatment were obviously variable(P<0.01); the blank control group's patients who assessed the HAMD table before and after treatment,the treatment group dropped from 26.84±4.17 to 25.86±4.79, before and after treatment were not obviously variable(P>0.05),the total score of two groups were obviously variable(P<0.05);after appropriate treatment ,the patient's severity, the patient's improvement,the improvement of quality of life,the treatment group and the blank control group were existed obviously variable(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xiao yao wan is a good treatment to chronic prostatitis(CP) patients,It can reduce the clinical symptom index integral of the CP patients and WBC in the EPS,improve the prostasoms in the EPS and so on.Through the expression of the HAMD table and CGI table,mirror xiao yao wan can improve the feelings of patient's anxiety, the feelings of depression,and the situation of sleep confusion.The mechanism of xiao yao wan cure the CP is through soothing liver-qi stagnation,regulate the feelings,and through the system of nerve-incretion-immunity to control the action,to reach the function of immunity,improve local microenvironment and so on,it is in order to unleash healing efficacy. |
