Hemorrhoids Casual Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of 119 Cases Of External Hemorrhoids Swelling

Purpose: Observation of the clinical efficacy of the hip bath washing which Hemorrhoids-powder treats external hemorrhoids pain patients.Material and method: 227 cases of hemorrhoids whose main symptoms was pain had treated in our hospital out-patient department and hospital wards during January 2007 to January 2009 (Including external hemorrhoids thrombosis and external hemorrhoids inflammatory). The patients were divided into two groups in randomly which were the treatment group and the control group. 119 cases who were in the Treatment group used hip bath washing with hemorrhoids Powder. 108 cases who were in the control group used hip bath washing with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution. The clinical treatment effects were observed after five days.Results: After treatment, separately for external hemorrhoids thrombosis and inflammatory external hemorrhoids condition for efficacy comparison of two groups, by statistical treatment, two groups' effects have significant differences which the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0. 05). The total effect of the two groups have compared the efficiency of, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 76%, and the control group was 60. 19%. By statistical treatment, two groups' effects have significant differences (P<0. 05) which the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Hemorrhoids powder has the effect of Qingrezaoshi and Xiaozhongzhitong. Hemorrhoids powder significantly reduces the symptoms of hemorrhoids patients. Hemorrhoids powder is approved to have the advantages of no decocting, simple treatment and less side effects, worthy of promotion.
