| Purpose:To study the Chinese medicine treatment of mild to moderate pain of cancer drug efficacy and the law.Methods:from February 2008 to June 2008 in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of tumor out-patient treatment in patients with mild to moderate pain in 30 cases of cancer,pain questionnaire for their release,and in the light of the World Health Organization(WHO) figures Assessment Act,an assessment of the extent of their pain classification, observation of Chinese medicine treatment of mild to moderate pain in patients with cancer to ease the situation of the efficacy and the analysis of drug laws.Results:1.30 cases of cancer pain in patients with evidence-based composition as follows: stagnation of qi activity type 10 cases,six cases of phlegm-type block,eight cases of type Blood Meridian,six cases of both Qi and Yin deficiency type,most evidence;Among them,the empirical 24 cases,19 cases of remission,77.3% efficient;Deficiency six cases,four cases of remission,80 percent efficient.2.30 cases of mild to moderate pain in patients with cancer after treatment by Chinese medicine does not alleviate the seven cases,21 cases of partial remission,2 cases of complete remission,with a total remission rate of 76.7%.3.Drug laws:the study to Fuzheng anti-cancer drugs and analgesics drugs mainly sedative drugs Yangxin supplemented,in the basis of the dialectical use of reasonable blood compatibility drugs,Huatan Sanjie medicine,conditioning Yin Qi Qi drugs and medicines and other drugs.Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine treatment of cancer pain in Fuzheng on the basis of pathogenesis for pain medication for addition and subtraction differentiation.2.In patients with mild to moderate pain mostly empirical,and Chinese medicine treatment on the efficacy of empirical better. 3.Chinese medicine treatment of mild to moderate effects of cancer pain is better, can be significantly improved quality of life in patients with cancer pain. |
