Purpose:To study the chemical constituents from the grape seeds extraction;To compare and optimize the extraction and purification techniques of grape seeds extraction;To determinate the quantitative of active compounds from wines;To study the activities of OPCs.Material and method:OPCs from grape seeds extrction were isolated and identified by polyamide column chromatography and PRHPLC.Take the content of Proanthocyanidins as mark,determine and compare the content of total Proanthocyanidins that was determined by spectrophotometric method through the different extraction.Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to determinate the content of 4 activities compounds from different wines.Compared the antioxidation of OPCs,Proanthocyanidins and wines through autoxidation experiment.Results:1 Seven compounds were isolated from grape seeds extraction,while 3 of them were identified.They were catechin,epicathchin and B2.2 The extraction rate of proanthocyanidins by flash extraction and supersonic extraction were 93.33%0 and 73.33%;The rate of catechin were 4.35%and 2.70%.3 The average assay of trans- resveratrol,catechin and epicathchin from wines were 0.33mg/L,36.94mg/mL,10.67 mg/mL.The average assay of B2 was 63.11 mg/mL The assay of Proanthocyanidins was 0.31-3.11 mg/mL.4 The antioxidation activity of OPCs;B2;wine samples and so on were distinguishcd.Conclusion:1 Catechin,epicathchin and B2 were isolated from French white grape seed for the first time.2 The best way of flash extraction was extracted by 8 times' 60%EtOH for 3 min.3 The content of activity compounds from Chinese wine were not as much as that from foreign ones.The concentration was with price basicly.4 Both OPCs and total extraction had the antioxidation activities.
