| AIM:This paper studies the heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR), mean arterial pressure(MAP),mean pulse oxygen(SpO2)and Price-Henry pain score of the intercostal anesthesia sufferer and the traditional medical treatment sufferer between pre- and post-treatment and also the comparation between the two groups. And the Paper also probes into the advantage and disadvantage of the two analgesia methods after the medicine thoracoscopic treatment.Method and materials:after having medicine thoracoscopic treatment from January 2008 to December 2009 in ours word, there are 120 cases of the patients fit for grouping into the intercostal anesthesia (group A) and the traditional medical treatment(group B).The former began to use one 2%Lidocaine Hydrochloride(specification 5ml/piece), one Metllylpredllisolone(specification 40mg/ml/piece),one Vitamin B12(specification 50ug/ml/piece) and use medicine to calm down the sufferer of the one-time the intercostal anesthesi. And to the latter group, atake Tramadol hydrochloride sustainedrelease tablets(specification 100mg/piece)100mg each time and three times each day at the day of having medicine thoracoscopic treatment.Making a statistic record to the sufferers of the two groups before and after the treatments in 1h,3h,6h,24h,48hHR,RR,MAP,SPO2 and Price-Henry pain score. The SPSS13.0 statistic software is used to do the statistic analysis.Compare the various situations of the above-mentioned examination guide lines between the two groups and also to the two groups before and after the treatment,so that we can draw conclusions toward the differences between the two analgesia methods in the analgesia effect.Result:After making comparison between and inside the traditional medical treatment group and the intercostal anesthesia group in the following aspects:1h,3h,6h,24h,48hHR,RR,MAP,SPO2 and Price-Henry pain score,we can draw the conclusion that:1,the RR of A group and B group:P=0.948,>0.05,no statistic sense. One hour, three hour, six hour,twenty-four hour,forty-eight hour after the treatment:P1h=0.037,<0.05,the average P of the remaining time P<0.01,have statistic sense.2,the HR comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment in One hour, three hour, six hour,twenty-four hour,forty-eight hour:all the data of the P>0.05,no statistic sense.3,the MAP comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment in One hour, three hour, six hour,twenty-four hour,forty-eight hour,P respectively are:0.053,0.024,0.019,0.210,0.638,0.756.The data at the one hour point and three hour point after the treatment have statistic sense and the others have no statistic sense.4,the SPO2 comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment in One hour, three hour, six hour,twenty-four hour,forty-eight hour:all the data of the P>0.05,no statistic sense.5,the Price-Henry pain score comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment in One hour, three hour, six hour,twenty-four hour, forty-eight hour, all the data of P<0.05,in which the Price-Henry pain score<0.01 after the treatment, have statistic sense.6.There is little difference in the RR,HR,MAP comparison of the RR,HR,MAP before the treatment; To the comparison of the Price-Henry pain score,RR,HR,MAP,Group A is much better than Group B.And Group A increase at the one hour point, three hour point, six hour point after the treatment while no change in Group B.Conclusion:the effects of the different analgesic methods on the patient with medicine thoracoscopic treatment after the operation are sharply different.Comparing HR,RR,MAP,SPO2 and Price-Henry heart rate of 1h,3h,6h,24h,48h of both A group and B group before the operation and those of both A group and B group after the operation, the conclusion is arrived at as follows:1.the analgesic effect of A group is better than that of B group;2.RR,MAP of B group registers an impressive increase after the operation while that of A group remains unchanged.3.there are clear differences in the HR,SPO2 of both A and B groups between pre-and post-treatment. |
