| Chinese medicine plays an important role in traditional medicine,which is one of the important weapons to cure diseases and has been applied to the medical treatment for thousands of years.With the development of modern separation technology,Chinese medicine has been concemed by medical workers.Using physical chemistry methods and thermokinetic principle to study the biological activity and oscillating behavior of Chinese medicine,which is an important field in chemistry research.Studying the bacteriostasic activity of the active components of Chinese medicine systematically,it can promote the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine research and also provide quantitative scientific basis for the synthesis and screening of new drugs;study of oscillating behavior of Chinese medicine,it can provide theoretical basis for drug dosages,and it will also help us further study on the reaction mechanism.In this paper,the microalorimetric method was used to study the biological activity of Chinese medicine and its active components on the bacterial metabolism.The thermal power - time curves of the bacteriostasic activity of the active components of Chinese medicine were determined by TAM Air,and the thermodynamic properties were studied by the theoretical model of bacterial growth;the oscilating behavior of the active components of chinese medecine was studied by microcalorimetry,the power-time curves of the oscillating system of active components of chinese medicine at different concentration,different temperature were determined by TAM Air.From the power-time curves,the induction period(tin) and the oscillating period((tp,1,tp,2) were obtained.According to the kinetic theory,the reaction order and the apparent activation energy were calculated.So the non-linear relationships among them were established.In this paper,the alkaloids,lavonoids and terpenoids of Chinese herbal medicine were studied by microcalorimetry,the specific research contents are as follows:1.The biological activity of Chinese herbal medicine1.1 The extraction of the active components of Chinese medicineselecting four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge,Stephania tet randra S.Moore,Sophora flavescens Ait,Pueraria Lobata(w illd)Ohwi),their active components were extracted and purified by reflux extraction,vacuum evaporation,concentration, separation,extraction.1.2 The determination of the optimal bacteriostasic concentration of Chinese medicineThe active components of Chinese herbal medicine were made into solutions and acted on bacteria,the thermal power - time curves of E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus growth were determined,the growth rate constant was caculated,the quantitative relationship between the bacteriostasic concentrations and the growth rate constants were determined,then we can obtained the optimal bacteriostasic concentration of Chinese medicine.2 Study of oscillating behavior of Chinese medicineThe solution of the active components of Chinese herbal medicine as reaction substrates were added into BrO3 - Mn2 +-H + - acetone system respectively and formed the oscillating reaction system,the oscillating behavior of each system at different concentration,different temperature (25℃,35℃,37℃,40℃) was studied under the same oscillating condition,then taking 37℃(near human body temperature) as the basic temperature,the temperatures were modulated from top to bottom.We can obtain the induction period(tin),the first and second oscillating period(tp, 1,tp,2)of the oscillating reaction system from the thermal power - time curves,the oscillating reaction order(fin,fp,1,fp,2) and the apparent activation energy(Ein,Ep,1,Ep,2) were calculated,then the non-linear relationship among the induction period,oscillation period,the concentration and the apparent activation energy was established.3 The correlation between the parameters of biological activity and oscillating behavior of Chinese herbal medicineThe parameters of biological activity of Chinese herbal medicine were associated with that of oscillation behavior,which was the innovation of this paper,study of the biological activity of Chinese herbal medicine can determine the optimal bacteriostasic concentration of Chinese medicine;and study of oscillating behavior of Chinese herbal medicine can determine the concentration range of oscillation and the parameters(induction period;oscillating period) of the oscillating system.Making the parameters of the two test as comparison,we can obtain the corelation between them,it can provide more scientific and theoretical basis for drug dosages. |
