Yiqihuoxue Yang Water Act Of Congestive Heart Failure, Endothelin And Brain Natriuretic Peptide In Clinical Observation

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the method of tonify qi and warm yang invigorate blood circulation and emulgent liquid in ET and BNP gravity of serum of the Congestive heart failure .To explore the function mechanism in the treatment of HF in order to provide scientific evidence of the clinical medicine.Methods106 Patients of CHF randomly divided into treatment group (n=55)and control group(n=51).Control group were given regular treatment,while treatment group were added the method of tonify qi and warm yang invigorate blood circulation and emulgent liquid with regular treatment,15 days was a period of treatment and the effect of treatments were observed.Results1. In improving functions of heart before and after test,two groups were evidently effective. total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.4%.In the control group was 80.4%(p<0.05),two groups were different significantly (p<0.05).2. After test, the ET and BNP of serum in two groups are evidently lower than before test (p<0.05).3. After test, the ET and BNP of serum in the treatment group are lower than in the control group (p<0.05).Conclusions1. The method of tonify qi and warm yang invigorate blood circulation and emulgent liquid can decrease ET serum gravity of the congestive heart failure patient,which effect may be to slow down the secreting of ET and improve the function of endothelium, in this way it could protect the myocardiac cells.2. The method of tonify qi and warm yang invigorate blood circulation and emulgent liquid can decrease BNP serum gravity of the congestive heart failure patient,which revealed the mechanism of action against cardiac failure could be the regulation of endocrine system in the patients with CHF.3. The method of tonify qi and warm yang invigorate blood Circulation and emulgent liquid is an effective prescription of treating the congestive heart failure.
