Selective Hanging Clinical Research, Low-cut Part Of The Suture Within The Mouth Of Drainage In The Treatment Of High Anal Fistula

Objective:To evaluate the value of clinical application of the improved operation to treat anal fistula through contradistinguishing the two groups taking different operations.Methods:40 anal fistula of superior position patients were randomly divided into 2 groups -Trials group and controlled group with each group having 20 patients according to hospitalizing orders.Trials group take improved operation and controlled group take classic operation.Then the operating time,the operating blood volume,the postoperative pain,the postoperative retention of urine, the postoperative hydropsia of incisal opening,the postoperative secondary infection,the healing time,the anal function and the relapse rate in six months were given marks and studied by SPSS 15.0 software.Results:The statistical analysis manifested that trials group significantly exceeded to controlled group in the scores of the operating time,the postoperative pain of 2-7 days and the postoperative hydropsia of incisal opening and(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Though There were no statistical significance between the two groups in the scores of the postoperative pain in the first day,the postoperative retention of urine,the secondary infection,the anal function,the curative effect and the relapse rate in six months(P＞0.05),trials group significantly exceeded to controlled group in the total curative effect scores(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The improved operation to treat anal fistula not only effectively cure the patients,prevent the postoperative complications and the relapse as the classic operation but also protect the anal function.Furthermore it has conspicuous technical superiority, such as reduce operating time,degrade postoperative pain and so on.In a word,the improved operation surpass to the classic one and it is worth to spread in clinic.
