Go To The Clinical Studies Of The Treatment Of Flat Warts Warts Tincture

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Qu-You-Ding on verruca plana.Methods:Sixty-five verruca plana patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group(n=33) and control group(n=32):the patients in therapeutic group were topically applied with Qu-You-Ding,while the patients in control group were applied with Ftibamzone Liniment.Then leision changes of the two groups were observed,while curative effects were assessed after 8 weeks therapy.Results:Totally thirty patients of the therapeutic group completed the trial which including cured:twenty-four cases(80%);markedly effective:two cases(6.67%), effective:one case(3.33%);ineffective:three cases(107%).The total effectiveness rate of therapeutic group is 90%.While totally thirty patients of the control group completed the trial including cured:seventeen cases(56.67%);markedly effective:three cases(10 %);effective:two cases(6.67%);ineffective:eight cases(26.67%).The total effectiveness rate of control group is 73.33%.The statistical data shows that there is significant difference between therapeutic group and control group,W=632.500,P= 0.000＜0.01.Conclusion:The curative effect of Qu-You-Ding on vcrruca plana is better than that of Ftibamzone Liniment.
