Object:Dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB) is a common disease in Gynecology and obstetrics department.If the serious bleeding without prompt therapy can cause serious anemia.It could not only destroy the women's heart and body health,even has effect on their daily life and work.This paper is to discuss the effect of TCM combined with Western medicine therapy on DUB.Object:Dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB) is a common disease in Gynecology and obstetrics department.If the serious bleeding without prompt therapy can cause serious anemia.It could not only destroy the women's heart and body health,even has effect on their daily life and work.This paper is to discuss the hematischesis effect of TCM combined with Western medicine therapy on DUB.Method:Accept 30 patients match DUB diagnose standard,apply TCM combined with Western medicine therapy.TCM treatment is Invigorating kidney and strength the spleen formula,western medicines are 6 -Aminocaproic acid and conjugated estrogens.One month is a treatment course.Systematically investigate patients' the improvement of routine blood test and vagina bleeding situation est.Results:After treatment,the total effectiveness is 96.67%,healing rate is 63.33%, obviously efficiency is 23.33%;effectiveness is 10%.The clinical symptom has been improved obviouslyConclusion:The hematischesis effect of TCM combined with Western medicine therapy on DUB is obvious and worthy of being popularizing on clinic.
