Relaxing Treatment Of Opioids Cause Constipation, The Efficacy Of Observation

This article briefly summarized the substance about the constipation due by opioid drugs.Constipation is the most common adverse effect,which incidence rate is 80%～90%.This adverse effect will badly affect patients' life,cause anxiety and tension.It also can induce or aggravate Cardiac and cerebrovascular disease.Therefore,It's a consequential qu estion to preclude and cure the constipation while using atrophic medicine.Traditional Chinese Medicine Considered the location of the disease is in large intestine,related to lung,spleen and kidney.Movement trouble of large intestine is the basic reason.The modern medicine considered the pathogenesis is the slow entero-movement or the obstruction of rectum.Besides,this article also introduced different kinds of treatments,and their advantages and disadvantages.Traditional Chinese Medicine has distinct ascendancy.There are herbs therapy,acupuncture therapy,massage therapy,acupoint application therapy,ect.Herbs therapy is the traditional treatment.It reported herbs therapy can effectively lessen symptoms reduce side-effect and price.Combined with many year clinical experience,Professor Lin hongsheng invented Tongfu anagraph made up with Houpo,Roucongrong,Juemingzi.In order to further investigate the clinical effect,we compared it with actulose liquor.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect on relieving constipation of Tongfu anagraph and compared it with actulose liquor.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups:treatment group(Tongfu anagraph group)30cases;positive control group(actulose liquor group)30 cases.Observationtime is 3 weeks.Treatment time is 2 weeks,and follow-up time is 1 week.Visual analogue scale was used to measure patients'clinical symptoms and quality of life at the different observation time:after treatment 1 week,after treatment 2 week,after follow-up 1week.SPSS 13.0 statistics software was used to analysis the data.Results:There are significant differences of Clinical symptoms between prior-treatment and post-treatment,both in treatment group and positive control group(P＜0.05).There is no significant difference of quality of life between prior-treatment and post-treatment 1^st week, both in treatment group and positive control group(P＞0.05).However,there are significant differences of quality of life between prior-treatment and post-treatment 2^nd week and follow-up 1 week,both in treatment group and positive control group,(P＜0.05).It shows that the two group can obviously improve clinical symptoms after post-treatment and improve quality of life after post-treatment 2^nd week and follow-up 1 week.There are no significant differences of clinical symptoms and quality of life between two groups after post-treatment 1^st week and 2^nd week(P＞0.05).There is a significant difference of clinical symptom between two groups after follow-up 1 week(P＜0.05).There is no significant difference of quality of life between two groups after follow-up 1 week(P＞0.05).It shows that Tongfu anagraph improves clinical symptoms better than actulose liquor after follow-up 1 week.There is a significant difference of each defecation time between prior-treatment and post-treatment after 1^st week(P＜0.05).There are significant differences of each symptoms between prior-treatment and follow-up 1 week(P＜0.05).There are significant differences of defecation time cell between prior-treatment and post-treatment after 1^st week and 2^nd week(P＜0.05).Treatment effective power in treatment group is 90%,there are 5 recovery examples, account 16.7%.there are 12 excellence examples,account 40%.there are 10 effective examples,account 33.3%.there are 3 ineffective examples,account 10%.Treatment effective power in positive control group is 93.3%,there are 6 recovery examples,account 20%.there are 5 excellence examples,account 16.7%.there are 17 effective examples,account 56.7%.there are 2 ineffective examples,account 6.7%.With statistics analysis,There is no significant difference of NRS between the two group.It shows that Tongfu anagraph and actulose liquor cann't efficacy of Opioid drugs.Conclusion:Tongfu anagraph can effectively improve the constipation caused by atrophic medicine.Tongfu anagraph has a better short time effect than actulose liquor.Tongfu anagraph doesn't affect the efficacy of Opioid drugs.
