Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Of Qi Huoxuetongluo Method Treatment Of Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy The Efficacy Of Observation

Objective:This study overview the research and treatment progress on Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy(AION) in modern medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and observe the clinical curative effect of treatment AION with "Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence" by "Tonifying Qi and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction".Besides,try to elucidate its operative mechanism and discuss the correlative factors influencing clinical therapeutic effects.Method:The study system review the clinical data of 31 patients with AION and these patients are treated with "HUOXUETONGLUO decotion" and intravenous injection Dengzhanhuasu or injection Chuanxiongqin.Those with internal diseases(hypertension,or diabetes mellitus,or Atherosclerosis et al) are received medical management.Before and after the treatment, patients'vision,visual field,vision evoked potencial(VEP),the TCM symptoms of "Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence" are collected.In the end,all the data are taken for statistical analysis.Result:1,the total effective rate of the group is 58.97%.2,After taking statistical analysis,we find that the curative effect of the two groups has remarkably statistical difference(p＜0.05).The total accumulated points of TCM sympton,clinical symptoir,vision visual field,vision evoked potencial(VEP) are all improved apparently.3,We find remarkably statistical difference(p＜0.05) between gender difference.4,The group of age older than 70 shows remarkably statistical difference(p＜0.05) between gender difference the rest two.5,The group of basal vision better than 0.1 has remarkably statistical difference(p＜0.05).6,The course more than six months group shows remarkably statistical difference(p＜0.05) between gender difference the rest two.Conclusion:"Tonifying Qi and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction" makes a difference on treating anterior ischemic optic neuropathy with "Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence".It can be regarded as an effective recipe.Therapeutic effect has something to do with Gender difference,age,basal vision and course.
