Objective: To summarize the anterior cruciate ligament tibial spine avulsion fracture in only arthroscopic reduction and fixation of treatment methods and results. Methods:From March 2006 to January 2008 Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament fixation tibial spine avulsion fracture only 46 cases, were retrospectively analyzed by Lysholm score and IKDC knee function evaluation methods. Results: All patients with fractures healed well and there has been no displacement fracture, knee complications such as relaxation or unstable. According to Lysholm knee scores by an average of 50.1±4.5 points for the postoperative improvement of 94.3±5.8 (P <0.01), excellent rate of 98.2%. IKDC integrated preoperative assessment by abnormal (Grade C) 22 cases, significant anomalies (D) to improve the follow-up of 24 patients often (Grade A) 34 cases, nearly normal (B level) in 10 cases, abnormal (Grade C) 2 ( P <0.01), and knee function improved significantly. Conclusions:Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament fixation tibial spine avulsion fracture only feasible method, the precise effect. Is a simple, safe and effective method.
