Rhubarb Angelica Wood Of Different Compatibility Inhibitory Effect Pharmacodynamic Study

objective: By observing the anticancer effect of Rhubarb, Radix Angelicae, Radix Aucklandia mixed with different ratio on those Holland lump mouse vaccinated with Lewis lung cancer, sarcoma-S180, Ai-abdomen water cancer, the best ratio of those three Chinese medicine wasdiscussed.Methods: Build up the models for Holland lump mouse vaccinated with Lewis lung cancer, sarcoma-S180, Ai-abdomen water cancer, and divided in to several model groups for different medicine treatment using Rhubarb plus Radix Aucklandia, Rhubarb, Rhubarb plus Radix Angelicae, and Rhubarb plus Radix Angelicae and Radix Aucklandia, respectively. By measurement of the weight of tumors, calculate percentage of the anti-tumor effect for different medicine groups.Results: In comparison with the model group, the group of Rhubarb plus Radix Aucklandia has the anti-tumor effect of 78.52%,44.57%,64.95% for Lewis lung cancer, sarcoma-S180, Ai-abdomen water cancer, respectively。Conclusion :Rhubarb and Radix Aucklandia group have good anti-tumor effect (P < 0.05).
