| Objective:Western blotting was used to detect the expression of myocard Gi, Gs, PKA in tachyar rhythmia rats which were stimulated by electro-acupuncture, and explored the effector mechanism of acupuncturing"Neiguan"acupoint to regulat rates.Methods:Rats were injected aconitine to induced tachyar rhythmia. Using electro-acupuncture stimulating two sides"Neiguan"points after made model. ECG was record by MS2000 media mix biological signal record-analytica system, then observing the change of heart rate; Western blotting was used to detect the expression of myocard Gi,Gs, PKA in tachyar rhythmia rats.Results: Rate was decreased greatly after electro-acupuncture"Neiguan"in tachyar rhythmia rats induced by aconitine, and Gi, Gs, PKA were all approached the normal level. Conclusions: Electro-acupuncture stimulating"Nerguan"points can improve cardiac rhythm, which mechanism of action was related to the change of Gi, Gs, PKA. |
