Objective:To Observe TMP interferes in expression level of osteopontin(OPN),TGF-β1 in SD rats nephridial tissue tentatively and probe into SD rats of and Observing the possible mechanisms of effects on diabetes mellitus neuropathy(DN) on earlier period.Methods:Select SD rats to create the models though injecting STZ into abdominal cavity every one time.Divided into 5 groups at random after becoming the mould,12 every groups,respectively for model group,blank control group,Western medicine control group,group of high,low dosage of traditional Chinese medicine,Besides blank group and model group, Irritate benazepril 1.7mg/(kg·d),STZ150mg/50mg(kg·d) to rats in other groups respectively,according to the group in 12 weeks.Puting big mouses into metabolism cages in the 4th week,the 8th week and the 12th week, collecting urine to determine quantitation of Urine protein in 24 hours. Treat for 12 weeks,anaesthetize the big mouse by 3%pentobarbital,then cut open the belly of rats and pick its kidney,examine OPN content in renal organize by means of RT-PCR and TGF-β1content by means of immunohistochemistry,and determine IL-6 and PAI-1 level in blood serum of every group.Result:Compared with normal group,the blood glucose of model group rats increase obviously(P<0.01),quantitation of 24h Urine protein rise obviously(P<0.05),degrade the express level of TGF -β1,OPN in renal organizes increase obviously(p<0.01);blood Indexes such as IL-6 and PAI-1 are improved(P<0.01).IMP can lower blood glucose,degrade OPN, TGF -β1 express level in renal organize.at the same time,reduce Urine protein and IL-6 and PAI-1 level.In high-dosage groups.Conclusion:TMP can reduce great mouse blood glucose level,of diabetic rats and improve nephric tubule pathological change,moreover; it can play its roles depend on resisting inflammation and anticoagulatory function.
