Objective:Observing the therapeutic actions of monkshood polysaccharides injection to treat adjuvant-induced arthritis of rat,and initially reveal it's partial mechanism of treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:Observing the therapeutic actions of monkshood polysaccharides injection to rat that was suffering from adjuvant-induced arthritis through their foot swelling degree, organ index, the influence of ankle pathology and its IL-2 and TNF-αin serum to initially reveal the partial mechanism of treating rheumatoid arthritis. Results:Monkshood polysaccharides injection of respective dosage group can inhibit foot swelling of AA rat, rectifying the pathologic change of immunizing organs of AA rat, effectively improving pathological changes of synovium of joint of RA rat, elevating the contents of IL-2 and TNF-α.Conclusion:Monkshood polysaccharides injection have exactly therapeutic actions to rheumatoid arthritis,it's effective mechanism probably involves with apoptosis after inducing T-lymphocyte activation of the rat that are suffering from adjuvant-induced arthritis.
