| Purpose: To make the systematic review of Chinese medicine treatingsenile vaginitis so that clinical treating decision can be made based on objective believable evaluation of the treatment to senile vaginitis by the method ,put forward the existent problems in the clinical research of Chinese medicine, draw up the methods to solve them.Method: All the articles about the research work of Chinese medicinetreating senile vaginitis were searched based on the methods of evidence-based medicine. All the articles were evaluated based on reliability classification, concealment of research allocation and JADAD scale. Analyze the articles meeting with the internalized standard with meta-analysis with RevMan 4.2.7(ReviewManager) sofeware.Result: Test of significance OR=4.88 [2.64,9.02], Z=5.07, P=0.00001, P<0.05,there is statistical significance. Compared with west medicine, the effection of Chinese medicine treating senile vaginitis is better.The paper provid evidence support for ulterior clinical medication at some extent.Conclusion: Chinese medicine treating senile vaginitis is effective.Randomized, blind , sample size estimated ,end-results index identified clinical trial shoud be conducted to find out more effective method to treat senile vaginitis objectively with Chinese medicine in order to popularize the application of Chinese medicine. |
