Recently, the competition of native curatorial market has been accelerated with the changing of consuming structure, the policy of depreciation and the invitation of public bidding,which means pharmaceutical innovation, can't insure win a victory in the contest,but making a claim for higher product development.How to raise success ratio of new product development is coming the central problem that calls for immediate action .Michael·Port's value chain tells us, competitions present in the entire process of value creation, not some or other taches, which decide the competitive power of product and enterprise.
