Transrectal Hung Cut The Puborectalis Treatment Shame Rectus Syndrome

Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapeutics to puborectalis syndrome with discissio of puborectalis by thread-ligating per rectum operative route.Methods: A randomized study was made in 43 patients,the study group(17 cases)received the treatment of the discissio of puborectalis by Thread-ligating per rectum operative route,the control group(26 cases) received the treatment of abscise puborectalis per anococcygeal raphe operative route.Study the treated effect and syndrome of the 2 groups.Results: Score on symptom was lower in all group than before treatment. The short-term treated effect of the 2 groups was not different,but the medium-term treated effect of study group is better than control group.The operative bleeding,postoperative pain,etc in the 2 groups had significant difference, study group is better.But the postoperative bearing down of study group is worse than control group.Conclusion: The treatment of the discissio of puborectalis by Thread-ligating per rectum operative route is a more convenient and active therapeutics to puborectalis syndrome.
