| Objective:To study the clinical effect of Longxuejie Capsule on ulcerative colitis(UC) and its adverse reaction.Methods:70 patients with UC were randomly divided into 2 groups.35 cases in observed group treated with Longxuejie Capsule and sulfasalazine(SASP) plus retention enema.35 cases in controlled group treated with sulfasalazine(SASP) plus retention enema.Results:The rate of complete remission,total effective rate,relapse rate in half year of the observed group are 57.58%,93.94%,15.15%;while the controlled group are 22.58%,67.74%,58.06%(P＜0.05).But the adverse reaction in two groups is no significant deviation(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Longxuejie Capsule can increase the clinical effect of SASP on UC,reducing recurrence rate and no adverse reaction. |
