Objective: To study the effect and safety of TCM therapy(named by reiforce the spleen and transforming dampness,smoothing and regulating shao-yang) on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods: To study the effect and safety of TCM therapy(named by reiforce the spleen and transforming dampness,smoothing and regulating shao-yang) on chronic glomerulonephritis. The study adopts clinic method of random and comparison through Manshenan granule and Shenyanping granule which have the function of reiforce the spleen and transforming dampness,smoothing and regulating shao-yang. hat conform to the condition can be selected. Giveing the pationts medicine according to sequence of patients coming to hospital and arrange the pationt to the group of cure or the group of comparison. The result of FAS shows: in the group of chronic glomerulonephritis that is treated,the rate of complete remission is 14.0%,cure and great efficiency is 36.4%,total efficiency is65.5%.in the group of comparison, the rate of complete remission is 20.0%,cure and great efficiency is 40.0%,total efficiency is 70.0%.The group comparison indicates: the contrast has no statistically significant. In the group of damp abundance due to splenic asthenia that is treated, the rate of cure and great efficiency is 36.5%, total efficiency is84.5 %, in the group of comparison, the rate of cure and great efficiency is 25.0%, total efficiency is 68.4%. The group comparison indicates: the contrast has no statistically significant, in the group of urine protein that is treated, the rate of complete remission is 15.5%,cure and great efficiency is 41.4%,total efficiency is 60.3%.in the group of comparison, the rate of complete remission is 25%,cure and great efficiency is36.8%,total efficiency is68.4%.The group comparison indicates: the contrast has no statistically significant. In the group of hematuria that is treated, the rate of complete remission is34.1%,cure and great efficiency is 34.1%,total efficiency is 43.2%.in the group of comparison, the rate of complete remission is 45.5%,cure and great efficiency is 45.5%,total efficiency is54.5%.The group comparison indicates: the contrast has no statistically significant. The two treated groups have carried on the red routine, the urine routine, the stool routine, the liver function, the electrocardiogram and electrolyte in spection, we have not found any abnormal change related to the experimental medicine, so we have also not seen any obviously adverse effect in the whole testing and the security was better.Conclusion: The teatment of reiforce the spleen and transforming dampness,smoothing and regulating shao-yang on chronic glomerulonephritis can greatly improve symptom of patents, decreased urine protein, hematuria.
