But Traditional Chinese medicine is used at prevention and cure to pigment gallstones widely by reason of low poison and side effects.Objective To affirm the prevention and cure effects of Yang Gan Rou Gan Method to pigment gallstones by observing the phenomenon that Yang Gan Yi Shi Tang (YGYST) affects contents of ALT AST AKP GGT TBA TB DB in serum and TBA TBIL UCB SOD LPO Ca²⁺ in bile after Operation on Biliary Tract, and then to inspect if YGYST can inhibit the form tendency of pigment gallstone, and hoping to find some valuable medications from the treasure-huose of Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods : 1 The patients who conform to the internalize - standard were divided into treatment and control group randomly. The data of 73 cases completed the process of the whole course of observation was done statistical analysis.2 The treatment group was given YGYST in the next day after operation. The course of treatment was 9 days; the control grout weren't permitted to take any Chinese medicine, and only routine treatment after operation.3 Blood-serum and Bile of two groups of patient were abstracted to be done biochemistry examination on the first day after operation and the fourth,seventh and tenth day after treatment.4 All those data acquired were done statistical analysis.Results : By contrast with control group, contents of ALT AST AKP GGT TBA TB DB in serum of treatment group were obviously descended at the postoperative midanaphase(p<0.05); Bile secretion of treatment group get steady state precede the control group; and contents of TB TBA SOD in bile of treatment group step up obviously and contents of UCB LPO cut down at the postoperative midanaphase (p < 0.05); There isn't significant deviation to Concentration of Ca²⁺ in bile of two groups.Conclusion :1 YGYST can promote the recovery of Liver function obviously,2 YGYST can inhibit the form tendency of pigment gallstone.
