Sanguisorba officinalis L var longifolia(Bert)Yu et Li belongs to the species of Rosaceae in Sanguisorba L and is mainly distributed in northeast,north china,east china,guangxi province and guizhou province etc.This plant can be used to cool blood, stop bleeding and detoxify.This thesis made a systemic study on the chemical constituents of Sanguisorba officinalis L var longifolia(Bert)Yu et Li.The EtOH extracts of Sanguisorba officinalis L var longifolia(Bert)Yu et Li was extracted by CHCl3,EtOAc and n-BuOH by turns.Using chromatographic methods to isolate compounds from Sanguisorba officinalis L var longifolia(Bert)Yu et Li in the CHCl3 layer and EtOAc layer and elucidate their structures by spectral methods(GC-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR).There were 13 compounds purified from the chloroform layer and EtOAc layer. The 9 compounds had been identified at present,and they are chrysophanol(Ⅰ), physcion(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),ferulic acid(Ⅳ),Ursolic acid(Ⅴ),gallic acid (Ⅵ),quercetin(Ⅶ),kaempferol(Ⅷ),catechin(Ⅸ).All compounds were isolated from Sanguisorba officinalis L var longifolia(Bert)Yu et Li for the first time.Effective constituents of Sanguisorba officinalis Lvar longifolia(Bert)Yu et Li in the root were determined.The content of total flavonoids was 3.51%and the content of tannin was 9.60%.
