Objectives:To observe the effect of Yangxinfumai prescription on bradycardic model rats which evoked by different drugs.To compare the difference of Yangxinfumai prescription and atropine on the therapeutical effect.To investigate the therapeutical effects and mechanisms of Yangxinfumai prescription on bradycardic.Methods:To develop the bradycardic models by inderal which isβreceptor blocking pharmacon and verapamil which is calcium ion antagon.And then treat the rats by Yangxinfumai prescription.Set up blank group and positive control group.To determine the change of heart rate and content of MDA,NO,LPO in myocardial cell.Results:Inderal and verapamil have the effect of made the rats bradycardic.Yangxinfumai prescription could improve the heart rate,decreased time of heart rate,content of MDA, NO,LPO in myocardial cell of bradycardic models which developed by inderal.And it has statistical significance between Yangxinfumai prescription group and inderal model group.And it has no statistical significance between Yangxinfumai prescription group and positive control group.And Yangxinfumai prescription has the same effects on bradycardic model which develop by verapamil.Conclusions:Inderal and verapamil have the effect of made the rats bradycardic. Yangxinfumai prescription could improve the heart rate,decreased time of heart rate,content of MDA,NO,LPO in myocardial cell of bradycardic models which developed by inderal or verapamil.The mechanism of action may have the relation with the effects of restraining free radicle and peroxidation of Yangxinfumai prescription.The findings provide theory and experiment foundation of further research and exploitation of Yangxinfumai prescription on bradycardic.
